Boobie Ike

Overview

Boobie Ike is an established Vice City businessman in the real estate game. He owns the Jack of Hearts strip club and a recording studio, and his name carries weight in the city's street-level business scene.

He might seem like he is only out for himself, but the project he is most invested in is Only Raw Records, the label he runs with the young aspiring music mogul Dre'Quan Priest. All they need now is a hit.
